TOPIC: TEAM WORK AND SENSE OF BELONGING

TEAM WORK is combined efforts, or actions of a group of people, especially when effective and efficient, to achieve a common purpose or goal.

IMPORTANCE OF TEAM WORK

1. It offers different perspectives and feedback. That is; more ideas will spring up.
2. It provides improved efficiency and productivity. That is; it brings about greater output.
3. It provides great learning opportunities.
4. Team work environment foster friendship and loyalty.
5. It motivates unity in the work place.
6. Work is fast and easier.
7. Team work leads to success.

SENSE OF BELONGING is the sense of feeling comfortable in a particular place or among a group of people. Someplace or with someone where I can be myself without thinking too much before doing something or saying something.

HOW TO ACHIEVE SENSE OF BELONGING

1. Make an effort by getting involved.
2. Try new activities and meet new people.
3. Practice an attitude of acceptance.
4. Recognize others ways of been which don’t have to change you.

 Assignment:

1. Write three importance of team work.
2. Give two ways one can achieve sense of belonging.
